That’s why Solace supports the creative surfers who have branched out and have started their own small, unique clothing ranges. One-off type deals. Hand printed. Original artworks by the surfer/artist. Limited runs. Rare finds. Made with hands, not machines. Nothing mass produced. Don’t even mention that B word. Get the picture?

Once we started seeking out these little known gems, they were there, mostly working out of their backyards and garages (not sweatshops). Hours spent on paint, screens, stitching, details. They are all humble souls not wanting to make mega bucks out of it, but just enough to live. Their main drive of keeping the industry alive and honest is a common thread they all hang onto.
